Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer (Home Loan) to generate home loan leads, acquire customers, explain loan products, and support customers throughout the application, sanction, and disbursement process. Freshers can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for Home Loans through field visits, telecalling, references, networking, and referral partners.
Identify prospective customers and understand their home financing requirements.
Explain home loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and repayment terms.
Collect and verify customer KYC and income/property-related documents.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
Follow up with customers from application to sanction and disbursement.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and verification teams.
Develop relationships with builders, property dealers, brokers, and other referral partners.
Achieve monthly home loan sourcing and disbursement targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Handle customer queries and provide timely application-status updates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure all sales and documentation activities comply with company policies.
