Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Billing / Estimation Engineer to assist with quantity estimation, preparation of BOQs, project billing, cost calculations, and documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of engineering drawings, measurements, Excel, and basic estimation and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project specifications.
Take-off quantities from architectural, civil, structural, electrical, or mechanical drawings as applicable.
Assist in preparing rate analysis, cost estimates, and quotations.
Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and work measurement sheets.
Check quantities executed at site against approved drawings and BOQs.
Maintain records of measurements, work progress, materials, and project costs.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams for billing requirements.
Verify supporting documents, measurement sheets, invoices, and delivery records.
Assist in preparing monthly running account (RA) bills and final bills.
Track project quantities, variations, extra items, and deviations.
Assist in preparing comparative statements and cost reports.
Identify discrepancies in quantities, rates, and billing documents.
Maintain proper documentation of estimates, bills, BOQs, and revisions.
Support project cost monitoring and budget control.
Prepare regular billing and estimation MIS reports.
Ensure billing activities are completed accurately and within project timelines.
