Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to identify prospective customers, understand their insurance needs, explain suitable insurance products, generate business, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through personal networks, referrals, field visits, calls, and other channels.
Meet prospective customers and understand their financial and insurance requirements.
Explain insurance policies, benefits, coverage, premiums, terms, and conditions clearly.
Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer requirements.
Assist customers with proposal forms, documentation, and policy applications.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into policy sales.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers and support customer retention.
Assist customers with policy renewals, modifications, and service-related requirements.
Coordinate with the insurance company for policy processing and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, policies, renewals, and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned sales and premium targets.
Participate in promotional activities, customer meetings, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
Keep updated on insurance products, market trends, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Provide professional and ethical service while maintaining customer confidentiality.
