Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Mortgage Sales Executive to generate home loan and mortgage business, acquire new customers, manage leads, and assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process. Freshers and experienced candidates up to 5 years can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for home loans, mortgage loans, loan against property, and related financial products.
Identify prospective customers through field visits, references, telecalling, networking, and other channels.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, repayment terms, and procedures.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and verification teams.
Follow up with customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
Maintain regular contact with customers and provide updates on application status.
Build relationships with builders, property consultants, brokers, and other referral partners.
Achieve monthly and annual loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales records in CRM.
Conduct market visits and monitor competitor products and market trends.
Ensure customer documentation and sales activities comply with company policies.
Prepare daily and weekly sales and pipeline reports.
