Job Summary
The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to generate leads, engage potential customers, provide information about products or services, and support sales and business development activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-focused interaction, and the ability to achieve calling and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales or business development team.
Follow up with potential customers to increase conversions and business opportunities.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
Schedule appointments, meetings, demonstrations, or consultations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call records and customer information in CRM systems.
Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support business objectives.
Prepare call reports and update management on lead status and outcomes.
Ensure excellent customer experience during all interactions.
Required Qualifications
HSC, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
0-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support.
Knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
Multilingual communication skills are an advantage.
