Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The role involves market research, customer acquisition, sales follow-ups, and converting prospects into long-term business partners while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Present company products and services to potential customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Follow up on inquiries and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development targets.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and business performance updates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
1-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.
Knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes.
