Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company’s products or services. The role involves lead generation, customer acquisition, sales presentations, negotiation, and maintaining long-term client relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Present and promote company products or services effectively.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to maximize conversions.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
