Receipt & Verification: Inspecting incoming shipments against Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure the quantity and quality match the paperwork.

✓Loading Supervision: Ensuring that vehicles are loaded efficiently and safely to prevent damage during transit.
2. Inventory Control
✓Cycle Counting: Performing regular physical stock counts and reconciling them with the digital records in the system.
✓Space Optimization: Organizing the warehouse layout to ensure high-demand items are easily accessible (using Slotting techniques).
✓Damage Control: Monitoring the condition of stock and reporting any non-conformities or expired goods immediately.
3. Documentation & Reporting
✓System Updates: Maintaining real-time data entry in ERP/WMS software (like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
✓MIS Reporting: Creating daily reports on stock levels, pending orders, and warehouse productivity for management.

✓SOP Enforcement: Ensuring all staff follow safety protocols, such as wearing PPE and using correct lifting techniques.
✓Access Control: Monitoring who enters the facility to prevent shrinkage (theft or loss of stock).
