Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, provide information about products/services, and support the sales and customer service team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
Generate leads and identify potential customers through telephone calls.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, appointments, and pending requirements.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
Convince prospective customers and convert enquiries into appointments or sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Update customer information in CRM/software or company records.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments for customer requirements.
Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Prepare daily calling and lead-generation reports.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
Follow company calling scripts, processes, and customer communication standards.
