Tele Caller – Nashik

Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers from a provided database to introduce products or services.
• ✓ Lead Generation: Identifying interested customers and scheduling appointments for the Field Sales team.
• ✓ Inbound Support: Receiving calls from customers to answer questions, resolve complaints, or take orders.
• ✓ Data Management: Updating the CRM or Excel sheets with the details of every call (e.g., Interested, Not Interested, Call Back Later).
• ✓ Follow-ups: Calling back potential clients who previously showed interest but didn’t buy.
• ✓ Target Achievement: Meeting daily/weekly targets for talk time or successful sales.

🛠️ Required Skills

Clear Speech & Tone: Ability to speak clearly and maintain a polite, enthusiastic tone even during long shifts.

• ✓ Active Listening: Understanding the customer’s needs before pitching the product.

Patience & Resilience: Handling cold customers who may be rude or hang up quickly.

• ✓ Persuasion: The ability to handle objections (e.g., if a customer says It’s too expensive, knowing how to explain the value).
