Senior HR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, HR operations, compliance, learning & development, and organizational development initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who can align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
Manage performance management systems, goal setting, appraisals, and succession planning processes.
Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Partner with departmental leaders to address workforce planning and organizational development requirements.
Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Design and implement learning, training, and leadership development programs.
Monitor compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
Manage HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making.
Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, including HRMS implementation and process automation.
Mentor and develop the HR team to enhance capability and performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Experience in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, IT, services, healthcare, retail, or other growth-oriented industries.
Knowledge of competency mapping, succession planning, and organizational development frameworks.
Experience leading DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and employee wellness initiatives.
Familiarity with HR automation, analytics, and workforce planning tools.
HR certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, NIPM, or similar credentials will be an advantage.
