Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Fresher to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support sales and customer relationship activities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain company products/services, features, benefits, and offers.
Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Convert enquiries into appointments, visits, or sales opportunities.
Maintain customer databases and call records.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for further customer follow-up.
Prepare daily call and activity reports.
