Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Fresher to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, follow up with prospects, and support sales and customer relationship activities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
Explain company products/services, features, and offers.
Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Convince prospective customers and support lead conversion.
Schedule appointments and customer meetings when required.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.
