Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise employees, allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure that assigned activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of the assigned team.
Allocate work to employees and monitor task completion.
Ensure production/work targets are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machines, and equipment.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Identify operational issues, delays, and bottlenecks and take corrective action.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR, and other departments.
Maintain daily work, production, attendance, and performance records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Train and guide workers on work procedures, safety, quality, and productivity.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and 5S practices.
Monitor material availability and report shortages or wastage.
Handle routine employee and operational issues and escalate major concerns.
Implement instructions and policies communicated by management.
Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement activities
