SR. Production Engineer

Key responsibilities

• ✓ Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance production processes and drive efficiency improvements.

• ✓ Implement production control: Develop and implement production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets.

• ✓ Monitor production metrics: Track key performance indicators to assess production performance and make data-driven decisions.

• ✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations.

• ✓ Troubleshoot production issues: Respond to production issues in a timely manner and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• ✓ Ensure compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and quality standards to ensure a safe and high-quality production environment.

Required skills and expectations

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Possess a B.E. degree in an engineering discipline related to production or manufacturing.

2. 7-9 years of experience: Demonstrate at least 7-9 years of experience in a production engineering role.
