Core Responsibilities

• ✓ Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing daily guidance and conducting performance reviews.
• ✓ Target Achievement: Take ownership of the team’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; develop actionable plans to bridge any gaps.
• ✓ Lead Management: Oversee the distribution of leads, ensuring high conversion rates and timely follow-ups by the team.

Strategy & Planning: Identify new market opportunities and customer segments; collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies.

• ✓ Sales Coaching: Conduct regular training sessions on negotiation skills, product knowledge, and objection handling.
• ✓ Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and productivity metrics for senior management.
