Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive Cum Telecaller to generate leads, make outbound calls, communicate with customers, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into sales. The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, online platforms, and other sources.
Explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
Convert enquiries and leads into successful sales.
Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and calling targets.
Schedule customer meetings and appointments for the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Update customer information in CRM or company databases.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and customer support teams for order and service requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly sales/calling activity reports.
Identify opportunities for repeat sales, cross-selling, and up-selling.
Maintain professional communication with customers and follow company sales procedures.
