Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves identifying prospective clients, promoting products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers within the assigned territory or market.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Follow up on leads and effectively convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity reports.
Assist in payment collection and account receivable management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
