Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Research Lab Chemist to conduct laboratory experiments, develop and optimize formulations/processes, analyze samples, and maintain accurate research documentation in accordance with laboratory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory experiments and research activities as per approved procedures.
Develop, optimize, and validate chemical processes or formulations.
Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Operate laboratory instruments and equipment as required.
Prepare samples, reagents, solutions, and test materials.
Analyze experimental results and prepare technical reports.
Troubleshoot experimental issues and identify suitable solutions.
Maintain laboratory notebooks, test records, specifications, and research documentation.
Support new product/process development and scale-up activities.
Follow GLP, GMP, SOPs, and laboratory safety procedures where applicable.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and other technical teams.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration/maintenance.
Support continuous improvement and research projects.
