Key Responsibilities

QMS Development & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System.

• ✓ Standard Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry-specific standards.
• ✓ Audits: Plan and conduct internal audits; manage external audits (certification, customer).
• ✓ Documentation Control: Manage QMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Lead CAPA processes, root cause analysis for non-conformities.

• ✓ Training: Develop and deliver QMS training to employees.
• ✓ Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• ✓ Management Review: Prepare and conduct QMS management reviews.
• ✓ Supplier Quality: Oversee supplier quality aspects and audits.
• ✓ Customer Feedback: Manage customer complaints and feedback channels.
• ✓ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international quality-related regulations.
• ✓ Team Leadership (if applicable): Manage a team of quality engineers/inspectors.
• ✓ Local Communication: Communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
