Project Engineer ELV And Security Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Supervision: Lead the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of comprehensive ELV systems, ensuring strict alignment with approved shop drawings, project timelines, and quality benchmarks.

• ✓ System Integration: Manage the deployment and integration of various low-voltage subsystems, including:
• ✓ Security Systems: IP CCTV surveillance, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Intrusion Detection.
• ✓ Life Safety Systems: Addressable Fire Alarm Systems and Public Address/Voice Evacuation Networks.
• ✓ Building Infrastructure: Structured Cabling Networks, LAN/Wi-Fi networking infrastructure, Audio-Visual (AV) systems, and Intercom/EPABX.
• ✓ Automation: Basic integration with Building Management Systems (BMS).

Engineering Review & Material Control: Verify technical drawings, schematics, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Coordinate with the procurement team for Material Receipt Inspections on-site to verify components match approved technical specifications.

Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Supervise specialized ELV subcontractors, assign daily targets, track progress, and evaluate workmanship.

Client & Consultant Coordination: Attend weekly progress meetings with clients, main contractors, and MEP consultants to resolve engineering queries (RFIs) and coordinate structural containment dependencies (conduits, cable trays).

Testing & Handover: Conduct final system loop testing, programming, and calibration. Prepare comprehensive handover documentation, including As-Built drawings, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and client training logs.
