Hiring Logistics Executive For Nashik

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation and Shipping Management

• ✓ Coordinate Shipments: Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including domestic and international shipments.
• ✓ Carrier Management: Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries, and negotiate competitive freight rates.
• ✓ Documentation: Prepare and maintain essential logistics documents, such as e-way bills, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), challans, invoices, and import/export paperwork.
• ✓ Optimization: Implement route planning and load management strategies to optimize logistics costs and delivery timelines.
• ✓ Tracking: Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or discrepancies with transportation promptly and efficiently.

2. Inventory and Warehouse Operations

• ✓ Inventory Control: Oversee and manage inventory control activities, ensuring accurate stock records and proper storage conditions.
• ✓ Stock Movement: Maintain records of all stock movement, checking in incoming shipments, verifying contents, and processing goods.
• ✓ Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• ✓ Stock Reconciliation: Assist with regular stock reconciliation and reporting to prevent and resolve inventory discrepancies.

3. Reporting and Compliance

• ✓ Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key logistics KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as delivery performance, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
• ✓ Reporting: Prepare and present regular logistics reports and metrics to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
• ✓ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities, including import/export documentation and transportation, comply with local and government regulations (e.g., GST, customs).
• ✓ Financial Support: Support the Procurement and Finance teams with freight billing, invoice reconciliation, and cost validation.
