Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new leads, acquire customers, promote products/services, conduct market visits, and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, references, networking, and other channels.
Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
Promote and explain company products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
Negotiate with customers and close sales within company guidelines.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
Handle customer queries and resolve routine issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Support repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling activities.
