Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Field Helper to assist field staff, technicians, drivers, and supervisors in daily field activities. The candidate will support material handling, loading/unloading, site preparation, cleaning, and other assigned field tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Assist field staff, technicians, and supervisors during daily operations.
Load, unload, carry, and arrange tools, materials, and equipment.
Assist in transporting materials to and from field locations.
Support installation, maintenance, repair, construction, or service activities as required.
Help with site preparation and workplace housekeeping.
Collect and deliver materials, documents, or equipment as instructed.
Assist skilled workers in their assigned activities.
Maintain tools and equipment properly.
Follow instructions given by the Field Supervisor.
Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
Report damaged materials, unsafe conditions, or other issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
Travel to customer sites or project locations as required.
Perform other general field-support duties assigned by management.
