Electronics Technician (fresher)

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Installation: Putting together electronic systems or mechanical parts based on technical drawings, schematics, or blueprints.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing faults in malfunctioning equipment and performing necessary repairs (e.g., replacing a blown capacitor on a PCB).

Testing & Calibration: Using tools like Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, and Signal Generators to ensure products meet specified standards.

• ✓ Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular checks on machinery or systems to prevent future breakdowns.

Soldering & Rework: (Specific to Electronics) Hand-soldering components onto PCBs or performing rework on surface-mount devices (SMD).

• ✓ Documentation: Maintaining logs of repairs made, parts used, and test results for quality control.

• ✓ Technical Proficiency: Mastery of hand tools and diagnostic software.
• ✓ Manual Dexterity: A steady hand for working with very small components (crucial for PCB work).
