Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market visits.
Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients within company guidelines.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and business opportunities to achieve conversions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
Support customer retention and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
