1. Executive (The Doer)

An Executive is responsible for the daily groundwork. They are the specialists who ensure that specific operations are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Task Execution: Handling specific assigned workflows (e.g., processing invoices, calling leads, or updating social media).
• ✓ Reporting: Maintaining daily or weekly trackers and reporting progress to the Assistant Manager.
• ✓ Problem Solving: Identifying immediate roadblocks in their tasks and suggesting quick fixes.
• ✓ Coordination: Interacting with other departments to gather data or complete a shared task.
