Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically proficient Solution Consultant to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. The role involves understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, supporting pre-sales activities, and collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, consulting, communication, and solution-design skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Consulting
Analyze client business requirements and identify solution opportunities.
Design and recommend end-to-end business and technology solutions.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Prepare solution blueprints, process flows, and functional specifications.
Ensure solution alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
Support sales teams in understanding client requirements and developing winning proposals.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation.
Act as a trusted advisor during client interactions and solution discussions.
Business Analysis
Document business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with project teams to define implementation roadmaps.
Solution Implementation Support
Work closely with project managers, developers, and implementation teams.
Support solution configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Provide guidance during user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure successful adoption and value realization of implemented solutions.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations effectively.
Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-10 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, Functional Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM, or Digital Transformation solutions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Understanding of Business Process Modeling, BPMN, and Process Improvement methodologies.
Exposure to Data Analytics, AI, Automation, and Digital Technologies.
Experience in proposal writing and pre-sales support activities.
