Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Associate Consultant – Digital Transformation to support organizations in their digital transformation journey by identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing technology-driven solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, support technology deployments, and drive change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and optimization.
Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
Support the implementation of digital solutions, including ERP, CRM, HRMS, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and progress updates.
Support change management and user adoption initiatives during technology implementation.
Assist in conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and training sessions.
Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Perform data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, digital trends, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation projects.
Freshers with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills may also apply.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Basic understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRMS, RPA, AI, Cloud Computing, or Business Intelligence solutions.
Experience with process mapping and business analysis tools.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Understanding of change management and digital adoption practices.
