Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished Principal Consultant – Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, advise executive leadership, and drive business value through digital innovation. The role requires a strategic leader capable of shaping transformation roadmaps, leading complex consulting engagements, and delivering measurable outcomes through technology, process optimization, and organizational change.
The Principal Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead high-impact transformation programs, mentor consulting teams, and contribute to business growth through thought leadership and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and drive digital transformation strategies aligned with business goals and long-term growth objectives.
Advise C-suite executives and senior leaders on digital operating models, technology investments, and transformation priorities.
Develop enterprise transformation roadmaps and business cases for digital initiatives.
Identify emerging technologies and assess their applicability to business challenges.
Consulting & Client Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor for key clients and stakeholders.
Lead executive workshops, transformation assessments, and strategic planning sessions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term engagement and business growth.
Present complex recommendations and transformation outcomes to executive leadership teams.
Transformation Delivery
Oversee large-scale transformation programs involving business process redesign, technology implementation, and change management.
Ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements within scope, budget, and timelines.
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and benefits realization mechanisms.
Mitigate risks and resolve strategic program challenges.
Digital Innovation & Technology
Guide adoption of Digital, AI, Automation, Cloud, Analytics, ERP, CRM, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across business functions.
Align business requirements with enterprise technology architecture and digital capabilities.
Evaluate and recommend digital platforms and transformation solutions.
Practice Development & Leadership
Mentor and develop consulting teams and future leaders.
Contribute to practice growth through business development, solution creation, and proposal leadership.
Support sales pursuits, client presentations, and strategic account management.
Establish best practices, methodologies, and consulting frameworks.
