Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly analytical Consultant – Digital Transformation to lead and support digital transformation initiatives for clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will assess business processes, identify opportunities for digital innovation, recommend technology solutions, and manage transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational improvement.
Develop digital transformation strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with business objectives.
Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, and technology evaluations.
Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Lead the implementation of digital solutions, including ERP, CRM, HRMS, workflow automation, analytics, and cloud-based platforms.
Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
Drive change management initiatives and support user adoption of new technologies.
Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Develop project documentation, executive presentations, and transformation reports.
Analyze business data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
MBA, PGDM, or relevant certification in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or Project Management is preferred.
4-8 years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or technology implementation.
Proven experience in delivering process optimization and technology transformation projects.
Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise applications, and digital technologies.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, RPA, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence solutions.
Strong knowledge of digital transformation frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management practices.
Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
Understanding of change management and organizational transformation principles.
