Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Assess current business processes, systems, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
Design transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
Conduct digital maturity assessments and recommend innovative solutions.
Consulting & Stakeholder Management
Engage with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand organizational challenges.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and strategic planning meetings.
Present recommendations, business cases, and transformation progress updates to executive leadership.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Technology & Process Improvement
Drive the adoption of digital technologies such as Cloud, AI, Automation, Analytics, ERP, CRM, and Digital Platforms.
Lead business process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
Project Delivery
Manage transformation projects from initiation through execution and benefits realization.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Develop governance frameworks and performance metrics.
Ensure successful change management and user adoption.
