Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Laser Machine Operator to operate and monitor CNC laser cutting machines for accurate and efficient cutting of sheet metal components. The candidate should have knowledge of machine operation, drawing interpretation, material handling, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production requirements.
Set machine parameters such as laser power, cutting speed, frequency, and gas pressure.
Load and unload metal sheets safely and correctly.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and cutting layouts.
Check CNC programs and ensure correct job setup before production.
Monitor machine operation and ensure smooth production.
Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and cutting quality.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report technical issues to the maintenance team.
Ensure proper nozzle, lens, and machine cleanliness and perform routine operator-level maintenance.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Minimize material wastage and optimize sheet utilization.
Follow production schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine.
