Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, visit customers, promote products/services, and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate should be confident, energetic, and comfortable with extensive field visits.

Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to generate business.
Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and market research.
Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
Negotiate with customers and close sales within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
Submit regular field visit and sales reports to management.
Support customer retention, repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
