Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to understand business requirements, identify process improvements, analyze data, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Understand business processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
Define acceptance criteria and support development and testing teams.
Coordinate with QA teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate developed solutions against business requirements.
Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and management presentations as required.
Track project requirements, changes, issues, and action items.
Support implementation of new systems, processes, and business initiatives.
Monitor project outcomes and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
