Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, negotiating sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate prices and terms.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
