MBA/PGDM in Finance, Banking, or Sales & Marketing preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Banking Executive to handle customer relationships, banking products, account services, and business development activities. Freshers and experienced candidates up to 5 years can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and build strong relationships with existing customers.
Explain and promote retail banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
Generate leads through calls, references, customer visits, and other channels.
Handle customer queries related to banking products and services.
Assist customers with account opening, KYC documentation, and service requests.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer documents.
Maintain customer records and update information in banking/CRM systems.
Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of customer requests.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain daily activity, sales, and customer follow-up reports.
Ensure all activities are carried out according to bank policies and applicable procedures.
