Apprentice Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Engineers to gain hands-on experience in engineering operations, manufacturing processes, project execution, quality control, and maintenance activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or diploma holders looking to build a strong foundation in the engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering and technical activities.
Support project execution, production, maintenance, and quality control functions.
Learn and follow engineering standards, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and records.
Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process-related issues.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor project progress and update status reports.
Analyse technical data and prepare presentations as required.
Participate in training and development programmes.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Production, or related Engineering discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of engineering principles and industrial practices.
Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Strong learning attitude and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or related engineering software.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
Willingness to work on shop floor, project sites, or plant operations.
