MIS Intern [3 / 6 months]

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Intern to support data management, reporting, and business analysis activities. The intern will assist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, analysing business data, and ensuring the accuracy of management information used for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, compile, and validate data from various sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records.
Generate dashboards and reports for management review.
Analyse business performance data and identify trends.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports.
Support sales, HR, finance, operations, and other departments with data requirements.
Assist in report automation and process improvement initiatives.
Create presentations and data summaries for management.
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analytical tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or pursuing Graduation in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related fields.
Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of data management and reporting.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
Knowledge of Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of Power BI, Tableau, or MIS tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
