Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Recovery Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage collection and recovery activities, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls, emails, and field visits (if required).
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues and achieve collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and recovery status.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options within company guidelines.
Coordinate with customers to resolve payment-related issues and disputes.
Monitor delinquent accounts and prioritize recovery actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
Escalate critical or non-responsive accounts to the appropriate authority.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company collection policies.
Build positive customer relationships while maintaining professionalism during recovery activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in collections, recovery, accounts receivable, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of financial products, loan recovery processes, and collection practices.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
Preferred Skills
Experience in field collections or debt recovery.
Knowledge of banking and financial regulations related to collections.
Familiarity with CRM and collection management software.
Strong conflict resolution and customer handling skills.
Ability to analyze customer payment behavior and recovery trends.
