Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Research Lab Chemist to conduct laboratory research, develop and optimize formulations/processes, perform chemical analysis, maintain laboratory records, and support R&D projects.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory experiments and research activities as per project requirements.
Develop, optimize, and improve chemical formulations/processes.
Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Prepare samples, reagents, solutions, and test materials.
Analyze experimental results and prepare technical reports.
Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, test records, and documentation.
Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance studies as required.
Investigate experimental failures and identify corrective actions.
Follow laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and other R&D teams.
Support scale-up and technology-transfer activities where required.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and inventory of chemicals and consumables.
