Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, field visits, references, and lead generation.
Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned monthly and annual targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and understand competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and orders.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Production, Dispatch, Finance, and Customer Service for smooth order execution.
Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables where required.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.
Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
