Job Title: LIC Insurance Advisor
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join as LIC Insurance Advisors. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their financial protection and investment needs, and recommending suitable LIC insurance products. Advisors will build long-term relationships with clients while helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach prospective customers through networking, referrals, and personal contacts.
Explain LIC insurance plans, savings schemes, pension plans, and investment products.
Analyse customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
Assist customers with policy applications, documentation, and premium payments.
Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals and claim assistance.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with existing policyholders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated on LIC products, industry regulations, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (as per LIC guidelines and regulatory requirements).
Valid PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work independently and meet customers.
