Key Responsibilities

Load and unload raw castings or metal blocks into machine fixtures/vices securely.

Operate Vertical Machining Centers efficiently to achieve daily production targets.

Read and understand basic engineering drawings and process sheets.

Inspect finished parts using precision tools like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Plug Gauges to ensure accuracy.

Identify tool wear, change blunt inserts, and update tool wear offsets under supervisor guidance.

Maintain a clean and safe workstation by removing metal chips and managing coolant levels.
