Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to generate qualified leads, promote company products/services, manage customer follow-ups, and convert prospects into sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate, qualify, and maintain leads through telephonic communication.
Explain company products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up consistently with prospects, enquiries, quotations, and appointments.
Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/software.
Maintain a structured database of prospects and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments.
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales reports.
Monitor call performance, conversion ratios, and sales pipeline.
Maintain professional telephone etiquette and customer relationships.
Assist in customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling activities.
Follow company sales processes, scripts, and communication standards.
