Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Farmer Funding Sales Executive to promote agricultural finance and funding solutions, acquire farmer customers, generate leads, and support customers throughout the application and disbursement process. Freshers can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new farmer customers through field visits and local networks.
Promote suitable agricultural finance/funding products as per company offerings.
Understand farmers’ financial requirements and explain product features, eligibility, and repayment terms.
Conduct regular visits to villages, farms, markets, dealers, and other potential customer locations.
Collect and verify customer and KYC documents as per company requirements.
Assist customers with application forms and documentation.
Coordinate with credit, operations, verification, and other internal teams.
Follow up with customers from application through approval and disbursement.
Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, agricultural businesses, and local referral partners.
Achieve monthly customer acquisition and funding/disbursement targets.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and field-visit records.
Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities follow company policies and applicable procedures.
