Job Purpose
The Senior Production Supervisor is Responsible for Directing, Coordinating, and Optimizing Daily Manufacturing Operations On the Factory Floor. this Role Ensures that Production Targets are Achieved Safely, On Schedule, and in Total Compliance with Quality Specifications. the Individual Will Lead a Team of Operators, Technicians, and Contract Laborers, Optimizing Machine Capacity and Implementing Lean Manufacturing Practices to Minimize Downtime and Scrap.
