Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Trainee to learn and support sales and business development activities. The candidate will receive practical exposure to lead generation, customer handling, sales presentations, follow-ups, and order conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand the company’s products/services and sales process.
Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospect identification.
Make outbound calls and communicate with prospective customers.
Support Sales Executives in customer meetings and product/service presentations.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Assist in converting leads into sales and achieving assigned targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Support the sales team in maintaining existing customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and MIS.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, field visits, and other business development activities.
Learn and follow company sales policies, procedures, and CRM practices.
