Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Meet potential customers and present products or services effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries and customer requirements promptly.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of sales experience.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
