Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, promote company products/services, achieve sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, references, networking, digital platforms, and market visits.
Identify prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate with customers and close sales within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Handle customer queries and resolve routine complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Support repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling activities.
